2012 WOMEN'S RETREAT

   The 2012 Women’s Retreat is scheduled for March 9-11. We have commitments from over 35 ladies so far, and it promises to be a wonderful weekend.  We have some inspiring programs planned, as well as some light-hearted activities, which everyone is sure to enjoy!  If you'd like to see what we experienced last year, click here for the 2011 retreat report and slide show.

   The purpose of this weekend retreat is to get to know one another on a deeper level so that lasting relationships can be forged. To know one another is key to understanding and knowing how to pray for each other. Spiritual growth is the key to a more effective believer, so spiritual growth is also a weekend goal—no distractions (kids, except nursing babies, and/or husbands) will provide a perfect environment for learning and fellowshipping.

   Over the last few years, we sisters in Messiah have grown closer to one another. A big part of that growth has become possible of these retreats. It is comforting to know that women from all over have the same struggles physically, mentally and spiritually. We encourage all of you to come again this year or attend for the first time.

   If you want to go, we need your reservation fee of $126.00 as soon as possible, which includes a 2-night stay in the lodge, and 3 meals per day. There are also hotel facilities available if you wish to make private room reservations. Click here to contact us!
